Capoeira was born in Brazil beetween the African slaves who made up in dance their fighting exercises. It developed and moved to become a sport which preserves the respect and the philosophy of its roots.

Capoeirists play in a circle, the roda accompanied by the rhythm of the songs and the traditional instruments. They challenge each other in a sequence of attacks, defenses, and acrobatics.

Capoeira is practiced in the whole world by women, men and children of all the ages.
